Prototype 5, Hacking an Iron table building a stronger version (v2.5)

I have tested different parts of the structure on strenght. There is no such thing possible as using a modified iron table for holding 125kg. The bridge alone could not even hold 40kg of weight.

conclusion: rebuilding the frame and system with stronger, but also heavier materials.
In my hometown the only place to get these materials is at:
Metaal comfort
Here I bought for €39 metal. This material will only satisfy for 1 ramp prototype. So the cost for two would be €80.

The proces:

Conclusion on this prototype:
The frame is definitly strong enough, but the

Prototype 4, Hacking an ironing table _first steps (v2.4)

An iron table is a well thought product as a solution for foldability, light weight and different heights. Is it possible that I could use this principles in my design? Or make some small adjustments towards the table so it is usable?

Research iteration 2 - reckon with different levels

How can i deal with different levels in one design?

Research iteration 2 - foldability

Is there a way to solve the largeness of the design by folding it in some manner?
